Weekend Bliss

Phew....it is Sunday night and I wish I
could hit "rewind" and do it all again!!

Saturday HOMESPUN was in our
last show of the season.
We hit this craft show out of the park and I could
not be happier with how well we did!!
I  actually sold out of almost all of my stock.....crazy!!

It will be a nice break until the Spring shows and I
may go through crafting with-drawls but I can tell
you this.... Kev and I are already brainstorming
products and it is going to be great!!

I took some pics from the show!!

***THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me
along the way----I am blessed to have such great friends
and family members********

My table.
I think I am going to be on the look out for some
cute fabric for my Spring shows!!!
A nice POP of color!!!

Sold a lot of chalkboards!!
They are so fun!!

Oh my word the Book Page Christmas Trees and the
Yarn & Twine wrapped trees flew off the table!!!

Saturday morning before heading to the show...
this was my breakfast!!!
Ha...breakfast of champions=Fruit Loops!!

Saturday night I was exhausted from the show.
I sat with my two favorite men and watched Rudolph The Red
Nosed Reindeer and worked on a scarf for a friend.

Sunday morning we took it slow---
coffee, cartoons, crocheting and family time!!

My mother-in-law gave me this owl ornament last year-
I love it!!
Maybe I can get another Mom T!!!?

Andrew and I did some Christmas decorating
around the house! He got the biggest kick
out of filling this lantern with bulbs. They kept
spilling out and he would laugh hysterically---I
on the other hand was getting frustrated but
at least he found the humor in it!!

This is not even all the bulbs we put in it..
it looks really pretty is person.

Next stop....our dining room.
Is it bad that I was actually glad this particular wreath
did not sell....I WANTED IT FOR MYSELF!!!

I love it and it is happy hanging in my house!!

Thought I would write some holiday cheer on the chalkboard too!
This song has been stuck in my head since last night when we
 watched Rudolph!!

The boys and I went out to dinner tonight and to Target.
We checked off a lot more gifts off of our list....I am glad!!

We have been shopping a little here and there and it
has really cut my stress level down  a lot this year.

You are probably wondering what is up with the
ginger ale....my stomach hurt when we got home
so I thought drinking my ginger ale out of a sparkly
holiday cup would be the perfect cure!!

Lastly tonight I put Kev to work hanging up a few things
in our mudroom.  Now with craft season slowing down
I can "fluff" my house a bit and get some projects
done!!!

Well I hope everyone had a great weekend with their
families!!! There are only 16 days left till Christmas
are you ready!!?

Around My House This Morning

I took today off to help
at Andrew's Santa Shop later today...
isn't it funny how you take the day off and
your day becomes jammed pack with things that
need to get done!!

The morning started off with coffee!!!
Gotta have coffee it is a must!!
It is a coffee kind of a day the weather here
is dreary, rainy, and cold-yuck.

Andrew found Eddie today in
my owl filled with yarn!!

I was able to get Andrew on the bus today-
it is the little things that start your day off right!!

Andrew is excited that I will be working the Santa Shop
today he has his money and his list of people he wants to
buy for....plus he said he needs to shop for himself as well!!

Then I noticed in my mudroom that I really need
to start Christmas fluffing my house!!
After tomorrows craft show I will be a decorating
machine around here!!

As I am getting a few things checked off my to-do-list
I am listing the The Lumineers...I really like this band.

Tonight I have to set up for the craft show.
My last show of the season....I am sad...but
hope to do well!! My dining room is filled with
new products and it puts a big smile on my face!!

Scarves with buttons....LOVE THEM!!!
If they all sell I will be making me one pronto!!!

Before I head out for the day I am putting the finishing
touches on some stuff.....I could really
keep creating new stuff but I gotta cut my self off!!

Buttons...LOVE!!
Why are they so expensive though!?

I completed a new batch of yarn and twine
wrapped Christmas trees..they are super
cute in person!!

I finally decided where my Hoop Art wall is going
to go....in my bedroom!!! Here is one side of my bedroom
and it needs some color and some loving!!
Can't wait to start this project!!!!

Checking out Andrew's room this morning...and
thinking to myself "what can the kid possibly need for Christmas?"
I think we will be going through some old toys and donating them
before Santa arrives.

Well I am off to get a few errands ran before heading
to the Santa Shop!!! What are you doing today!?

One more thing......are you a "follower" of HOMESPUN!?
If you scroll all the way down and look on the left hand side of
the blog you can become a "follower!!"
Come on and join me!!!!

Andrew's School Christmas Program

Andrew had his school Christmas program the other night
and all the kids did such a nice job singing!!
His music teacher was amazing she played almost all
the songs they sang with a guitar and the kids sang along..
I loved how the performance was done acoustically it
was a really nice touch!!

It was hard to get some good shots with 40 little
munchkins swaying back and forth-but I got a few.

Andrew----
I wonder what he is looking and grinning at!?
Maybe the pretty little girl!!!!?

He is singing so hard in this picture!
We actually heard him singing all the way back
to our seats-it was nice!

This kid absolutely melts my heart.

I love the action shots!!
They are so in the moment.
I believe this song was, On The House Top.

Precious!!!!

At the end of the show they were dressed as angels.
I love this picture of him holding up his star and
really enjoying the moment!

Being a mom is such a blessing and the little moments
like these mean so much more then words can explain.

After the show we had to pick him up in his classroom
and he wanted to show Poppa (my dad) all around
his classroom!

I am glad my dad had the chance to see were Andrew is
all day......it is nice to see them bond and
enjoy each others company.
At one point they were holding hands
as Andrew gave him the tour around his classroom.
I LOVE that Andrew is able to know and have a
relationship with his grandparents.

Hoop Art Project In The Works!!!

Hoop art is something I have
been eyeing up for awhile now.
I want to create a wall in my house with
pops of color using embroidery hoops and fabric.

I have not yet selected the wall in my house yet so
I am unsure of how big or small the display will

actually be BUT I have started
gathering random fabrics that I cannot
wait to display!!

I have pinned quite a few pictures as inspiration
and thought I would share!!

Enjoy all their loveliness!!

take them down!!

The possibilites are endless....I cannot wait!!!!
I bet it could get addicting!!?

Do you have a hoop art display in your house, and if so
how did you create yours!?

Once I get going full steam ahead with this
project I will definately share pictures!!!

Weekend Madness!!

Another weekend gone by way to fast!!
The weekend started with my third craft show.
HOMESPUN was a hit and had a lot
of happy customers!!!
We have our last craft show this coming weekend
and it is sad knowing we are done till Spring....
I would do one more if I could!!

Me at out booth!!

The table---again the orange totes---I know
they are bad and I thought I had a solution
but it didn't work out..gotta get on my
sewing machine to whip up a covering for
them by Saturday.

We sold lots of good merchandise!!

Everyone laughs at my chalkboard!!!
Our Book Page Christmas Trees were a
hit at this show!!
If you ever see anything you would like
to purchase send me a quick email!!

On the home front our elf "Eddie" keeps
popping up in all kinds of places!
Saturday night Kev and I went out Christmas
shopping and it feels so good knowing we
are completely done with Andrew including
all his stocking stuffers!!

Saturday night I browsed Pinterest with Pez
by my side....I pinned lots of good stuff!

We are in the Christmas spirit here and have been watching
a lot of Christmas movies.  The Elf is hilarious!!
I need to finish decorating my house there is
so much I want to do and make.

Today (Sunday) we woke up to rain.
It rained all day here.
I enjoyed coffee in my new coffee cup that
my sister-in-law made me for my birthday!

Andrew was busy spreading holiday cheer!
I took him out and he bought a few presents.
He couldn't wait to wrap them and stick them
in everyone's stockings!!

Love him!!!

Today I had to grab a few more supplies to replenish
items that were sold at Friday's craft show.. I only
have a few nights to pull everything together so
I will be busy!!

How was your weekend?
Did you do anything fun!?
Are you done Christmas shopping?

Stephanie :)
